Behind the scenes
We have many behind the scenes roles at Hitz 247. We are always looking for website reporters to file movie, music and tech reviews. There are also opportunities to contribute to the more serious side of Hitz 247, covering current affairs stories. If you’re interest in attending movie previews, listening to and reviewing new music, sharing your experiences with the latest tech gadget or app or even researching and writing news and current affairs stories you should contact us for more info about an off air role at Hitz.
On Air
Hitz 247 is an online radio station for young Australians. Hitz 247 is different from the rest because it not only plays the music you want to hear but you also have the opportunity to get involved. We encourage you to take part in making Hitz 247. If you are under 30 you can have the opportunity to make a radio show, do movie or music reviews and produce and present current affairs stories. On 13 March 2012 the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal granted Hitz 247 an exemption from the operation of sections 16, 18, 44, 107 and 182 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 (Vic) to enable Hitz 247 to restrict on air participation to people aged 30 years and under.
